Our Focus
Introducing young people to Jesus at pivotal moments
YFC is a movement that reaches young people everywhere with the hope of Christ. We work with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to the Word of God and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ, and commitment to social involvement.

"This is our pivotal moment to serve the church"
This is our pivotal moment to serve the church by creatively re-imagining youth ministry yet again. I believe the cultural conditions are right for us to experience the greatest youth revival our generation has ever seen. God has given us the right team to do this—and His hand is clearly on our mission.
Hope Lehman, Executive Director of Muncie Area YFC
"We meet kids who have lost hope."
Our staff engages hurting and lost kids everyday across our county. We meet kids who have lost hope. We meet them where they are, assisting them in real and tangible ways, and we offer hope in the person and work of Jesus Christ. I can think of no higher mission!
Jon Hopkins, City Life Director of Muncie Area YFC
"Their stories are redeemed by God's story"
All my life I knew that sharing my story of redemption with teens would be an important part of my journey. What I didn't know was how much of an impact the teens in City Life would have on me! Their stories are redeemed by God's story, and what a privilege to share that story with them!
MUNCIE AREA YFC STAFF
Every day the Muncie Area Youth For Christ staff and volunteers meet with young people who need Jesus. We are focused on building supportive and encouraging relationships with them. In doing that, we are showing them the love of Christ. Our prayer is that every youth in the Delaware County area will hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ by the time they reach their middle school or high school years.
