Hope Lehman

Executive Director

Hope Lehman has been in youth ministry since 1994 with a background in YFC Parent Life and Campus Life. She moved to Muncie in 2004 and began working at Muncie Area YFC then went on to work at Union Chapel’s oneighty for five years before coming back to YFC in 2011! She’s been married to Kraig Lehman since 1992 and has eight children, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, and four grandchildren! Hope's favorite food is Mexican and she could eat at Puerto everyday if the YFC staff and her family would let her! She’s an avid fan of Mickey Mouse and Cinderella, and enjoys cheering for her Steelers! Hlehman@muncieareayfc.org

Hope Noble

Community Engagement Director

Hope is a Delta graduate and a lifelong Campus Life kid. She's been on staff since 2019 and volunteered prior to that. In that time Hope has learned a lot about what it means to follow Jesus. She started this job hoping to make a difference, but instead her students have made a difference in her life. Hope is married to her high school sweetheart and best friend, Tristan. They have two girls, Maxine and Willow. They attend The Bridge Community Church and are so thankful for their support both personally and of YFC. In her spare time, Hope loves spending time outside, reading, painting, and playing Fortnite. She is a hippie at heart and her house is always a mess. Hnoble@muncieareayfc.org

Ken Goss

Director of Development

Ken was born at a very young age. He first joined YFC staff in Clevland Ohio as a Campus Life Director. After several years there he was offered the job of Executive Director of the YFC chapter in Louisville Kentucky where he worked for over 20 years. Ken then followed his now adult daughters, to Indiana after they both got thier own jobs with Indiana YFC chapters. Ken started working for Muncie YFC shortly after that as our Cowan Campus Life Director until he retired. Now, he is back out of retirment to join Muncie YFC staff once again, but this time as the Director of Development. He has been married to his wife, Dottie, for 40 years. Together they have 2 daughters, 8 grandkids, and 1 great grandson.

Jacob Murdick

Juvenile Justice Ministry Director

Jacob Murdick graduated from Huntington University in 2019. He moved to West Virginia where he got his first job in Youth Ministry. During his time in West Virginia he met his wife Margaret. After moving back to Anderson in 2022 he began working at the Youth Opportunity Center. From there, he began his work with YFC in August of 2023. Jacob and his wife together have three cats and one dog. In his free time he loves to hang out with his family, play sports, and play video games.

Matt Derby

City Life Director- Southside and Northside Middle Schools

Matt Derby has been in ministry since 2004, beginning as a YFC Director for middle and high school Campus Life in Central MI. He worked as a youth pastor from 2009 - 2019 and is currently the head Pastor of Northside Church of God in Muncie IN. He enjoys organizing events to bring community together - such as “Hyphy & Holy” - a traveling group of Hip Hop artists who perform in urban neighborhoods with a purpose of sharing the gospel through music and life experience. Matt is passionate about hands-on servant leadership and bringing the gospel to life by the way he lives. He also enjoys adventuring and doing life with his wife and 6 children.

Jacklin Greenlee

Hi! I’m Jacklin Greenlee. I was born and raised in Muncie. I’m married to JD Greenlee and mama to Rose. I love spending time doing just about anything with my family and dogs! We are members of the Bridge community church where I serve on the CORE team for our children’s ministry! I have been on the YFC board since September of 2021 but have been a part of Muncie YFC for much longer. I was a Yorktown Campus volunteer for 4 years before being a Campus Life director for 2 years. Susan Dillon

Community Outreach Volunteer

Susan and her husband David have been married since 1991 and have five children. They have lived in Muncie since 2009. Her profession as a registered Nurse provided a diverse background in healthcare where she started as a bedside nurse and later worked as an administrator, case manager, educator, and consultant. Susan left healthcare in January of 1990 to become a full-time community outreach volunteer with a focus on getting resources to individuals in need and facilitating collaboration between individuals and organizations who do community outreach. She serves as the President of the Muncie Optimist Club (2021-22), is on the Board of Directors for Open Door Health Services, HOPE (Helping Other People Everyday), Muncie Delaware County Senior Center, and Youth for Christ. She volunteers with Second Harvest Food Bank and First Choice for Women, and is a member of Muncie First Church. Susan has dedicated her life to serving others as a way to show them God’s love in the hope they will also choose the abundant life that is available to them through a relationship with God by faith in Jesus. smsd774@gmail.com

Rachel Tucker

Board Chair, Realtor

Rachel joined the YFC board in 2021. She is a Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Real Estate Groups in Muncie and also owns a real estate investing business. Rachel and her husband, BJ, are both Ball State University graduates and have a daughter, Chesney. Both are highly active and involved in community activities and are members of several committees and local groups. She loves traveling, fitness, spending time with family and friends, and has a passion for seeing others succeed and be happy. Racheltucker.remax@gmail.com

Mark Price

Board Treasurer, Small Business Owner

Mark D. Price is a retired CPA and local small business owner who owns and operates multiple companies around the greater Muncie area. After spending 23 years in public accounting, Mark chose to devote more time to the businesses he founded, philanthropic leadership, and to his family. Professionally, Mark owns and operates Young’s Title, Campus Rentals, Blue Sky Property Management, and Property Pros Maintenance & Construction. Mark is married to Nicolle and has three sons, Caeden (20), Corben (16) and Grayson (11). He spends most of his time enjoying family activities, coaching and watching his sons play sports, fishing, kayaking, spending time outdoors and vacationing! Mark is involved with the Delaware County Community Foundation’s Investment Advisory Committee and is a past member of the Muncie/Delaware County Red Cross. Mark attends Wesleyan Chapel Church in Muncie.
